1. INFORMATION ABOUT US
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to products ordered through the MerchandAise platform, which is operated by Hutter Products GmbH, a Swiss limited liability company registered under CH-320.4.068.832-7 with its registered office at Fortunastrasse 5, 9437 Marbach, Switzerland.

1.3 If we need to contact you about your order or these Terms, we will do so by email or, if required, by post to the address you provided with the order.
2. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US
2.1 By placing an order through our website, you confirm that your purchase is being made from Hutter Products GmbH via MerchandAise.
2.2 Our checkout flow lets you review products, customization details, quantities, delivery details, and pricing before you submit the order. It is your responsibility to check the order carefully before payment.
2.3 After you place an order, we will send an acknowledgement email. This acknowledgement confirms receipt only and does not mean that we have accepted your order.
2.4 A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, whichever occurs first.
2.5 If we cannot accept or fulfil your order, including because of stock limits, pricing errors, production constraints, or suspected fraud, we will notify you and refund any payment already collected for the unavailable portion without undue delay.
3. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
3.1 MerchandAise specializes in custom-made products produced to your artwork, sizing, color, print, embroidery, or configuration requirements. Because these goods are made to your specifications, they are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production starts, except where the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from the approved specification.
