Know how the partnership works.

A clear production scope and agreed commercial terms come first. Here is what we establish with each partner before activation.

You set your offer to MerchandAise.
Share your selling prices, quantity breaks and applicable production or setup charges. Your selling prices stay private; you do not need to disclose your internal factory costs.
We quote and sell to the buyer.
Our business model is a margin on product sales. MerchandAise handles the buyer-facing quote, payment and support; your confirmed price and production scope are agreed with you.
Setup is scoped to your products.
We review your catalog, usable CAD or images and configuration needs. The work, who provides it and any modeling, tooling or sample charges are agreed before you commit.
Payment milestones are agreed together.
Your partner agreement sets the currency, any advance and the milestones for the balance. It also sets how changes, delays, defects and refunds affect settlement.
Your website has its own pilot terms.
Before a website pilot is activated, we agree catalog scope, website-origin attribution, channel charges, compensation and repeat-order terms. Supplier website pricing is not yet standardized.

One accountable buyer-facing seller.

Hutter Products GmbH operates MerchandAise and remains the buyer-facing seller, including for the planned supplier website channel.

Built around your expertise

Set up your possibilities. Reuse them across orders.

Begin with one product range. Agree the work, responsibilities and commercial terms before preparing a wider catalog.

  1. Introduce your range

Share your location, product types and techniques. No account or catalog upload is needed for the first conversation.

  2. Agree a first product

Review existing CAD, images and prices. Agree asset preparation, any charges and the manufacturing facts to confirm.

  3. Prepare the catalog

Your team confirms materials, techniques, quantities and private prices. We review the buyer-facing product representation together.

  4. Approve the work before production

Confirm the assigned scope and complete required approvals. Keep prices, materials and capacity current as they change.

Two ways to build the relationship.

Join our production network, or explore bringing the same connected design experience to customers who already visit your website.

What would you like to explore?

We use these details to respond to your partnership inquiry. Privacy policy

Questions before we start.

What do we need to provide?

Begin with your product categories, location and core capabilities. If we agree a first scope, existing catalogs, CAD, images, specifications and price lists help prepare the product records. Your team confirms the manufacturing facts; you do not need to tune a 3D renderer.

Do we upload our prices only once?

The aim is to configure reusable selling rules rather than quote every identical possibility from scratch. Keep prices, capacity, materials and lead times current. Missing rule coverage, unusual work or changed requirements still need confirmation.

Do we have to share our internal costs?

No. Provide your confidential selling prices and production rules to MerchandAise. Internal manufacturing cost is not the requested commercial input, and your private selling rules are not displayed to ordinary buyers.

Who handles the buyer and payment?

Hutter Products GmbH, operator of MerchandAise, is the buyer-facing seller. MerchandAise coordinates the quote, buyer payment and support. Supplier settlement follows the agreed terms and milestones; collecting buyer payment does not mean an immediate supplier payout.

Can we put the configurator on our own website?

We are collecting interest in a planned supplier website pilot. The intended experience uses your approved catalog, preserves design and website origin, and keeps MerchandAise clearly disclosed as seller. Integration, support, continuation and commercial terms must be agreed and verified before activation.

Will our website send customers to competing suppliers?

The planned supplier storefront is limited to your approved catalog by default. Wider sourcing requires your explicit opt-in and a clear buyer choice. Attribution and repeat-order treatment need to be agreed for the pilot.

Are all orders ready to produce without our review?

No. Your team confirms manufacturability, capacity and production timing. Required digital proof, sample and technical checks stay connected to the approved version, and production starts after the applicable release steps.

What does the partnership cost?

Commercial terms are agreed for the actual scope before work begins. Supplier website-origin orders have their own attribution, compensation, settlement and support agreement. We discuss these details together when reviewing the partnership; order volume is not guaranteed.

What happens after we send an inquiry?

We review fit and contact you about the next step. Where there is a suitable scope, onboarding follows a private invitation and the required reviews. Sending an inquiry does not create a supplier account, approve production or guarantee orders.
