Can we start with one team, event, or company program?
Yes. A focused first program is the clearest way to confirm product fit, quantities, timing, approvals, and the buying model before you reuse the workflow more broadly.
What is confirmed before an order is presented as ready?
For the exact product version, quantity, and destination, MerchandAise shows supplier-backed price, MOQ, availability, and delivery expectations when the product and lane are supported. Anything incomplete stays clearly unavailable or in manual review.
Does the 3D preview replace a physical sample?
A 3D view is not physical evidence. The confirmed quote explains any available customer-sample choices, costs, limitations, and timing. Approve the exact digital proof and complete mandatory technical checks and any required or selected sample approval before mass production. Existing accepted-order requirements remain binding.
Will our team work directly with the supplier?
No. You buy from and communicate with MerchandAise. We coordinate the private supplier network and only expose manufacturer or origin information where a legal, safety, customs, or regulatory requirement makes that disclosure necessary.
