The right details, from the start.

A useful brief helps us review what fits your team, brand and budget.

• People and sizes Include quantities by product and size, plus any role or location variations. Check fit guidance for the selected garment; size labels can differ between products.
• Brand and kit contents Share your logo, colors and placement preferences. For a welcome kit, list the products, packaging and inserts you want reviewed. Use artwork you own or have permission to use.
• Budget and destinations Give a budget, required arrival date and delivery locations. Packing, individual personalization and delivery to multiple addresses need review before terms are confirmed.

Know what is confirmed.

A design preview helps you decide. The reviewed specifications and quote define the production and delivery plan.

• Preview the design Real-time 3D shows supported choices. Screen colors, materials and finishes can differ from the physical product.
• Confirm current terms Your quote confirms the agreed product, quantity, price and delivery terms. New locations, revised artwork or repeat orders may need a fresh review.
• Review proofs and samples Approve the exact digital proof, confirm producibility, and complete the technical checks and sample approvals specified for your order before mass production. Any offered customer-sample choice must be explicit; existing accepted requirements remain binding.

A few things to plan for.

Start with what you know. We can help you work through the rest.

• What company merchandise can I create? Share ideas for team apparel, employee welcome kits, milestone gifts or everyday essentials. Bottles, bags and supported apparel are starting points. Available products, decoration and quantities are confirmed for your request.
• Do I need design experience to use the AI designer? No. Describe your team and the product you have in mind, then give feedback on the design. AI-guided design runs in supported MerchandAise ChatGPT workspaces; access depends on your account and setup. You can also explore supported products in the website 3D editor or contact our team.
• Can you help us create employee welcome kits? Yes. Share your ideas for the contents, packaging and welcome message, along with quantities, budget and destinations. Each product and any packing or assembly requirements need review. The mailer box shown is a packaging example; it does not include a ready-made kit.
• Can we personalize items or deliver to multiple offices? Include names, role or size variations and delivery locations in your brief. We review the supported personalization, packing and distribution options for the selected products. Availability, costs and timing are confirmed in the quote.
• Is there a minimum order quantity, and can we reorder later? Minimum quantities depend on the product and decoration method. Share your estimated quantity and budget for review. For a repeat order, reference the approved design; current product availability, quantities, pricing and timing still need confirmation.
• How do proofs, samples and delivery work? A 3D preview is not a physical sample. The confirmed quote explains any available customer-sample choices, costs, limitations, and timing. Approve the exact digital proof and complete mandatory technical checks and any required or selected sample approval before mass production. Existing accepted-order requirements remain binding. Share your required arrival date early so production and delivery can be checked before you agree to the quote.
