## What the supplier team reviews
- **Capabilities:** Product categories, materials, decoration methods, production capacity, lead times, and minimum order quantities help MerchandAise route demand to the right supplier.
- **Regions:** Production locations, service markets, pickup handoff details, and fulfillment constraints help qualify where a supplier can operate.
- **Trust signals:** Business registration details, certifications, quality expectations, and onboarding contact information help the supplier team verify fit.

## Application steps
- **Basic information:** Company name, email address, password, confirm password, and preferred currency create the supplier account entry.
- **Contact details:** Primary contact name, role, phone, and optional alternate phone identify the onboarding owner.
- **Address and location:** Street, city, state or province, zip code, and country capture operational location details.
- **Business registration:** Registration number, tax ID, business type, and established year support supplier review.
- **Terms and completion:** The supplier accepts terms and submits the application for review and Supplier Center onboarding.

## What happens after submit
- MerchandAise verifies the supplier profile and business details.
- Approved suppliers receive access to Supplier Center with guided onboarding.
- Suppliers can start quoting products in Supplier Center and add spreadsheet or API automation later in Settings.
