- **Which images can I upload?:** Use a photo, sketch, logo or other clear reference in JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB. Only upload images and artwork you own or have permission to use.
- **Do I need a finished design?:** No. Start with a rough idea and describe the colors, shapes or details you like. No design software experience is needed to send a reference.
- **Will uploading an image create a 3D product?:** This form sends your reference and brief for team review. It does not generate a product automatically. We review what can be adapted and help identify a supported product, with 3D design where available.
- **When will I know the price and delivery date?:** After we review the product, design, quantity, materials and delivery requirements. A quote confirms price, minimum order quantity, availability and timing; changes to the design or requirements need a new review.
