- **Does the image need to be production-ready?:** No. It can be an early reference. We use it to understand your intent, then determine what needs to be adapted for the chosen product and production method.
- **Will I receive an exact copy of the image?:** Not automatically. We first evaluate whether the shape, artwork, materials, and details can be reproduced on a supported product. Any necessary changes should be clear before production.
- **When are price, MOQ, and delivery confirmed?:** They are confirmed only after the exact product, design, quantity, destination, and current supplier capability are known.
